Join us for a collaborative performance exploring the relationship between artists, humans and technology with curator Eleonora Brizi, artists DADA, Primavera De Filippi and Operator.
Both/And invites us to play with the dichotomies and relationships between artists and art, author and audience, birth and death, creation and collaboration, yours and mine.
DADA is a collaborative art platform where people communicate through drawings, creating visual conversations. For this performance, streaming DADA artists from around the world will create a unique visual conversation on the evening’s theme. Also in attendance will be DADAGAN, an AI bot that learned to draw from a dataset of more than 115,000 DADA drawings.
Primavera De Filippi is a tenured researcher at the National Center for Scientific Research and an affiliated faculty member at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. She will delve into topics such as artistic authorship, governance and the world of DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) through Plantoid, a blockchain-based autonomous life form that can reproduce itself and interact with the audience by providing oracles.
Operator, the Lumen Prize-winning conceptual art duo, will perform an experiential aperitif with audience participation.
Admission is free by reservation!
We look forward to seeing you!
