Early forms of life 1970
ITA Tutto il primo piano di MEET ospita opere d’arte dagli anni ’70 fino ad oggi che spaziano da disegni a piccole sculture, da esperimenti di computer animation fino alle opere derivate da Growth Model, un modello dove una forma a sua volta ne genera altre in un gioco di metamorfosi continua di espressioni e colori.
Negli anni Settanta, prima che l’uso del computer si diffondesse a livello pubblico, Kawaguchi aveva già iniziato a programmare e creare animazioni in computer grafica.
ENG The entire first floor of MEET houses works of art from the 1970s to the present day, ranging from drawings to small sculptures, from computer animation experiments to works derived from Growth Model, a model where one form in turn generates others in a game of continuous metamorphosis of expressions and colours.
In the 1970s, before the use of computers became widespread in the public domain, Kawaguchi had already started programming and creating computer graphics animations.
