The initiative explores the relationship between immersive art and well-being, bringing perception, movement, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices into dialogue. The goal is to explore, through direct experience, the potential of immersiveness to promote psychophysical well-being and to experience a more personal and mindful way of relating to digital art. Immersing themselves in a selection of MEET’s immersive artworks, participants will be guided through a journey developed using breathing exercises, movement, and mindful listening.
The Concept
Starting October 15, 2026, every Thursday from 7:30 AM to 8:20 AM, MEET’s immersive spaces will host the Global Immersive Wellness sessions.
Each session will begin with an introduction dedicated to presenting the artist, the meaning of the selected immersive digital artwork(s), and the concept that forms the foundation for the physical and mental work to follow.
The experience will then enter its first immersive dimension through the chromatic perception of the environment. Color, light, and space become the primary elements through which attention, bodily perception, and mental disposition are oriented toward what will subsequently unfold.
The artworks then become the preordained source of inspiration guiding movement, proprioception, breathing, bodily awareness, visualization, and Mental Training. The specific characteristics of the work are transformed into organized stimuli to create an experience geared toward psychophysical well-being and the expression of individual resources.
The final phase of the session creates a bridge between what was experienced in the room and what the participant prepares to experience in their day. Through a brief focus experience on mental clarity, breathing, centering, and setting intentions, the work just completed is directed toward daily life. The goal is to guide the participant toward a state of greater presence, focus, and readiness for action, paving the way for optimizing their performance throughout the new day.
The Sessions
The program consists of 5 standalone sessions, which can be taken individually or experienced as a single unified journey.
IMMERSIVE PROPRIOCEPTION
Forms, light, trajectories, and connections present in the artworks become stimuli to explore space, balance, posture, orientation, coordination, and body awareness. The artwork generates movement. Movement alters perception. Perception is progressively transformed into focus, presence, and the expression of physical and mental potential.
MICRO TO MACRO
The transformations depicted in the artworks serve as stimuli to physically and mentally experience the concepts of origin, growth, adaptation, interconnection, and expansion. From the detail to the whole. From micro to macro. From the body to space. Participants translate the evolution of the artwork into movement, breathing, bodily expansion, and mental imagery.
THE EVOLVING BODY
The human body is explored as a dynamic system capable of continuously adapting to incoming stimuli. The transformations within the artwork become perceptual cues that generate new movement patterns and different bodily representations. We do not simply imitate what we see; we allow what we see to alter how we perceive and use our bodies.
DEEP SENSING
Information, data, and connections form the foundation of a training routine dedicated to the ability to receive, filter, interpret, and convert stimuli into action. The immersive digital artwork becomes a genuine exercise in attention training—moving from the complexity of the stimulus to the clarity of action.
CREATIVE MIND
The artwork becomes a multidimensional mind map. Shapes, connections, and transformations are internalized and subsequently reprocessed through visualization, breathing, mindful movement, and meditative techniques. Immersive digital art is not merely contemplated; it becomes material for the mind and body.
