Milano Digital Week 2025 (1-5 october): MEET is Central Hub of the event

From October 1 to 5, 2025, MEET will be the Central hub of Milan Digital Week for the first time. Organized by the City of Milan and TIG – The Innovation Group, the event will explore the themes of digital transformation and its impact on the lives of citizens, businesses, and institutions.

“MEET was conceived as a place where people can understand how the digital dimension enters our lives and the professions that surround us,” emphasizes Maria Grazia Mattei, founder and director of the Center. “We are a place dedicated to innovation, and being the hub of Digital Week allows us to highlight and enhance our interconnectedness: we receive many interesting contributions from national and international organizations, and Milan Digital Week will also be an excellent opportunity to experience what it means to live digitally.”

““All the intelligence of the city” – The theme of the 2025 edition

Digital Week has chosen “All the intelligence of the city” as the theme for its 2025 edition. Five days packed with events, workshops, and meetings to reflect on the future of digital technology in our societies. Milan will become the stage for discussions between citizens, companies, and institutions, called upon to explore the opportunities and challenges of digitalization. Artificial intelligence will be at the center of the discussion, with the aim of stimulating new awareness of the relationship between humans, machines, and other types of intelligence, such as that of plants, cities, and computers.

AI invites us to reflect on the very nature of intelligence, which is not exclusive to humans but a quality shared by multiple forms of life and systems, from plants to cities. This new perspective invites us to coexist with different forms of intelligence in innovative ways in order to progress as a society.

Knowledge Hub: laboratories of ideas for the future

Milan Digital Week offers a series of events that will allow visitors to experience Milan as a large research laboratory. During these five days, the city will become a place of experimentation, where citizens, institutions, businesses, and creatives will meet to explore how digital technology can contribute to the progress of our society.

A central element will be the Knowledge Hubs, thematic centers located throughout the city where ideas, skills, and visions intersect to give life to concrete projects. MEET, as the main hub, will be the center of the work, the reference point for those who want to learn more about issues related to digital transformation and its implications in everyday life.
